Samsung recently boycotted Qualcomm Chips for it’s upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 citing Overheating Issues. Samsung reported recently that Snapdragon 810 Processor Chips was found to be overheated in recent tests conducted by the Korean Company. So, Samsung decided not to go ahead with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Processor Chip and decided to give a green light to it’s own Samsung Xynos SoC.
But, LG seem to not agree with Samsung over Snapdragon 810 processor chip. LG, who is using the very same processor for it’s upcoming LG G Flex 2, doesn’t seem to agree with Samsung over issues as being stated by Samsung in Galaxy S6. At a recent press event for LG G Flex 2, LG vice president said that “I am very much aware of the various concerns in the market about the (Snapdragon) 810, but the chip’s performance is quite satisfactory,” and “I don’t understand why there is an issue over heat.”
Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 issues as being reported by Samsung for it’s Samsung Galaxy S6 were being dismissed by LG at a recent press release for LG G Flex 2 and said that there is no such overheating issues as far as the processor for LG G Flex 2 is being concerned. We have to wait to see if the heating issues are real or not when we get hands on LG G Flex 2. Till now, all we have to do wait for LG G Flex which is priced at Rs. 39,490 at Flipkart and the Specification of LG G Flex 2 looks quite promising to the World.
